Loki (Season 1)

Film and Television | 3D Modeling & Visualization

For Loki Season One, I was tasked with 3D modeling Boastful Loki’s distinctive scrap hammer, based on concept art by Jon Eaves. The design called for a unique look—pieced together from various metal parts—while still feeling solid and iconic, like something that could stand alongside Thor’s hammer. I worked closely with Marvel’s Prop Master, Russell Bobbitt, to refine the shape, scale, and surface details until it had the right weight and visual presence on screen. Russell wanted it to look and feel hefty, and I made several adjustments to ensure it had that grounded, powerful quality.

Once the model was approved, I prepped it for 3D print and printed the master copy, which was then used to create both hero and stunt versions of the prop for on-set use. Seeing the final piece in the hands of Boastful Loki was a rewarding moment.

This was my second project with both Russell and Marvel, and I’m incredibly grateful to have had the opportunity to work with such a talented and experienced team. Being part of a larger creative process like this—where every detail contributes to the storytelling—was a real privilege.
