Echo

Film and Television | 3D Modeling & Visualization | Concept Design & Illustration

On Echo, I was brought on to rework and realize several key character and cultural elements in 3D. One of my main responsibilities was redesigning and modeling a prosthetic leg covering for Maya that incorporated hidden weapon compartments and embedded Choctaw design motifs. I adapted and evolved the original concept art to suit the practical prosthetic used on set. I worked closely with Russell Bobbitt and the props team to ensure both the look and function aligned with the character’s story.

In addition to the leg covering, I sculpted the Choctaw clay woman statue, concepted and modeled Kingpin’s discreet ear device, and designed and modeled a traditional Choctaw dugout canoe. Each piece required a careful balance of research, storytelling, and practical fabrication considerations to bring culturally respectful and grounded elements to the screen.

It was an honor to be part of such a talented and collaborative team. Working alongside artists, fabricators, and designers to help bring Echo to life was a genuinely rewarding experience, and I’m incredibly thankful to have contributed to a project that celebrated culture and character in such a meaningful way.
